Heading to Portugal September 2024
Starting the journey to Portugal, first stop is Cardiff to see my dad's brother and stay the night. Then on to Plymouth for the ferry to Santandar. 22ish hours, hoping the weather will pleasant for the crossing. I'm not the best seafarer, rolling seas make me feel queasy.
Once there it's a 10 hour drive to Southern Portugal, we might try to make it in one high speed dash. Will see how we feel once off the ferry but we'll most likely head to Palencia\Salamanca then find a hotel.
